Job Description
The calibration lab administrator works closely with engineering and operations to ensure all test equipment calibration is up to date and working properly. Coordinates calibration/repair activities that are critical to business objectives (quality, revenue) and maintaining regulatory compliance. Works closely with third party providers to ensure equipment repair/maintenance is completed in a timely manner.

Essential Functions

Coordinate third party activities including:

Receive/log/track Return Material Authorizations (RMA’s) from vendors

Generate purchase orders and manage shipment to/from vendors

Communicate equipment repair status to the factory and engineering calibration monitors.

Coordinate used battery disposal.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or 2 years post‑secondary/associate’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills

Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Word and Excel)

Salary & Benefits
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New York state is $28.36 – $52.88 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
