We are seeking a
full‑time or part‑time (3 days/week)
Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant based in
Northern San Luis Obispo County (Atascadero, Templeton, Paso Robles) .
As a PTA, you will deliver high‑quality care to patients in their own home environment, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address all the patient’s needs, develop relationships, and ensure continuity of care. This rewarding field requires strong organization and the ability to work independently by managing your own caseload and setting your own work schedule.
Job Requirements
Current California PTA license
CPR certification
Reliable vehicle with auto insurance coverage
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Home Health experience is a plus; new graduates encouraged to apply
