Equipment Maintenance Mechanic
Yoh is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Mechanic for a well-established manufacturing organization in Rochester, NY. The role supports a modern production facility serving aerospace, defense, medical, energy, and power generation industries. Temp to Hire.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machinery and industrial equipment

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using schematics, manuals, and testing tools

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs

Requisition parts and document maintenance activities

Operate forklifts, cranes, and overhead hoists as needed

Follow OSHA and industrial safety standards

Qualifications

Technical School diploma or certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field

5–10 years of industrial maintenance or precision manufacturing experience

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

Ability to read blueprints and schematics

Experience in a production/manufacturing environment required
