We’re looking for a

full-time OT

to join our skilled nursing/long-term care team—where compassion meets collaboration and progress is something we celebrate every day.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Evaluating and treating residents in a SNF/LTC setting
Creating individualized, functional treatment plans that actually make a difference
Helping patients regain independence in daily living skills (and cheering them on while they do it)
Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team that truly values rehab
Documenting care using

Net Health

and

PointClickCare (PCC)
What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania (or eligible)
Experience in SNF/LTC preferred—but not required
Comfortable with Net Health and PCC—or willing to learn quickly
A team player who can balance clinical skill with compassion and a little personality
