Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an automotive technician (Ford experience required)
Ford Master Certification or strong Ford STST certification path preferred
Expert-level diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting ability (FDRS, IDS, PTS proficiency)
Proven track record of efficiency, accuracy, and high CSI performance
Commitment to OEM repair procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
Dependable, self-driven, and capable of mentoring other technicians
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
What You’ll Do
Perform advanced diagnostics, system repairs, and complex mechanical/electrical work on Ford vehicles
Collaborate with Service Advisors and management to ensure clear communication and accurate repair documentation
Lead by example — support and mentor mid-level technicians as part of a collaborative team
Maintain factory-level standards for quality, performance, and productivity
Participate in ongoing Ford training and stay current with evolving technology
Contribute to a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and customer satisfaction
