Management Company Accounting Associate

Job Description:

Support internal management reporting and financial analysis across the business

Analyze large datasets to track performance, revenue, and expenses

Prepare ad hoc reporting for senior leadership

Assist in improving and automating reporting processes

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities

Prepare journal entries and perform reconciliations

Assist with financial statement preparation and audit support

Conduct account analysis, accruals, and general accounting tasks

Requirements / Qualifications:

2+ years of Big 4 experience (funds) or management company accounting experience

CPA or progress toward CPA preferred

Experience with financial reporting, data analysis, and large datasets

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Willingness to work in-office in NYC 4x per week
