As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Working directly with the Controller to support daily accounting operations
Managing accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes
Performing bookkeeping and account reconciliations
Maintaining organized financial records and processes
Communicating with customers and vendors regarding financial matters
Supporting the adoption and learning of internal accounting systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level profile suitable for a Staff Accountant role
Experience performing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) tasks
Experience with bookkeeping and account reconciliations
Experience supporting month-end close activities
Experience with invoicing, billing, and collections
Experience preparing or filing sales tax
Experience communicating with customers and vendors in a finance or accounting context
Hands‑on experience using QuickBooks Online and working proficiency with Microsoft Excel
