Job Summary
Salary: $18-25/hr

Hiring for all shifts
Position Notes: Potential for promotion to CNC Machinist is possible for highly motivated individuals willing to learn the trade, with demonstrated skills and abilities.
Summary of Duties & Responsibilities
Follow operating procedures, engineering instructions, and other recognized methods of instructions.
Read blueprints or written specifications to calculate operations.
Use Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) cutting machines and precision measuring tools.
Monitor machine operation, identify basic issues, and communicate concerns to Machine Supervisor or Engineering.
Follow established QC processes and report defective materials, tooling, or equipment immediately.
Assist machinists and engineers with shop tasks, fixturing, tool organization, and workflow support.
Help maintain documentation, setup sheets, and work instructions as directed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area while complying with all company safety policies and procedures.
Other activities may be directed.

Mechanical Aptitude
Ability to work within, and contribute to, a rigid quality control system
Willing to learn
Ability to lift to 50 pounds is required.
Credentials and Experience
Experience working in a mechanical environment.
Experience working on government contracts.
HS Degree or equivalent required.
Must be a US Citizen.
