
Senior Accountant

Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and year‑end financial closings, including preparation of journal entries, intercompany invoicing, account reconciliations, accruals, account analysis, and AR aging analysis.
Manage dealer credit procedures, including rebate, co‑op, and SPQ processes.
Serve as the managerial liaison to GBSI (Global Business Services India) collection, cash application, and AP teams, providing troubleshooting and business support.
Monitor and maintain the health of master data related to customer (AR) and vendor (AP) accounts, implementing corrective actions to improve cash flow.
Review and analyze expenses, including Concur expense reports and indirect material purchase orders; support the Controller in budgeting and expense control.
Oversee the sales tax process and provide support to the customer service team.
Collect data for ESG reports, tax packages, insurance surveys, and related documentation.
Coordinate with GBSI, FSSC (Financial Shared Service Center), corporate tax, and treasury teams on relevant financial and accounting activities.
Support the unit Controller in monitoring and maintaining internal control processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
5‑7 years of accounting experience at a global company.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate to senior financial and operational management.
Solid GAAP accounting skills.
SAP experience preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
Ability to work fully onsite in Thorofare, NJ.
