Pediatrics Board Certified (or within 2 years of start) Active, unrestricted Rhode Island medical license---Work Schedule Full-time schedule (40+ hours/week) Minimum 32 clinical hours onsite Includes:
Inpatient hospital responsibilities
Evening/weekend coverage
Rotating 24-hour call shifts---Work Environment & Requirements Moderate physical activity (standing, walking, procedures) Exposure to infectious diseases and clinical risks Travel between clinic and hospital required Strong communication skills required Bilingual skills (Spanish or Laotian) preferred---Ideal Candidate Passionate about full-spectrum primary care Comfortable in both outpatient and inpatient settings Interested in teaching and mentoring* Team-oriented with strong clinical judgment and adaptability
