This role offers meaningful work serving a close-knit community, with opportunities for leadership and a broad scope of care.---Position Highlights Open to Family Medicine (BC/BE) physicians Flexible model: Inpatient-only or Hybrid practice Opportunity for Medical Directorship Manage adult and pediatric patients, including behavioral health population 10-bed inpatient unit serving both adult and pediatric patients Care for pediatric/adolescent patients in a residential behavioral health setting 24-hour shift-based schedule for flexibility and work-life balance Visa sponsorship available (J1 & H1B)---Practice Environment Rural hospital setting with strong community ties Low patient volume with meaningful, patient-centered care Broad scope of practice across inpatient and behavioral health populations Collaborative, team-oriented clinical environment---Clinical Support Integrated health system with strong referral network Supportive nursing and care teams Access to multidisciplinary resources across the system Opportunity to shape and grow services in a rural setting---Compensation & Benefits Starting salary from $371,280+ Shift-based compensation model Comprehensive benefits package including:
