
TIG or MIG Welder

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a TIG or MIG Welder to join their dedicated team. As a TIG or MIG Welder, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the fabrication and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: TIG or MIG Welder
Location: Methuen
Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00 based on experience
Shift: First Shift, Mon-Fri 7:00am – 3:30pm, with possible overtime
What's the Job?
Perform TIG welding of aluminum in a fast-paced job shop environment
Interpret and understand detailed prints and technical drawings
Maintain high-quality standards while working efficiently
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
What's Needed?
Minimum of 5+ years of TIG welding aluminum experience
Ability to weld aluminum with a thickness of .125” (1/8”)
Strong understanding of interpreting prints and technical specifications
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable and detail-oriented work ethic
