Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Packaging Associate to join their team. As a Packaging Associate, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring efficient packaging and shipment of products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Packaging Associate

Saint Peters, MO
Pay Range:
$17.80*all associates eligible for
$0.50/hr increase
at 90 days followed by an
additional $0.50/hr increase at 6 months
Shift:
Monday- Friday 11:00am - 7:30pm (must train on 7:00am - 3:30pm schedule)
Responsibilities
Assembling products and preparing them for shipment
Performing packaging line tasks efficiently and accurately
Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
Stacking and palatizing products for shipment
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
No prior experience required; entry-level position with room for growth
Ability to stand for the entire shift
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Background and drug screening required
