About the Role
The Company is in search of a Director of Commercial Marketing to lead the strategic and data-driven execution of marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for catalog strategy, channel analytics, and performance marketing across various channels, including paid social, SEM, SEO, and emerging AI-driven acquisition channels. This hands-on leadership role demands a sharp, execution-oriented individual with a modern, digitally native mindset, who can make smart, fast decisions to drive commercial outcomes across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce. The Director will also be tasked with driving customer acquisition strategy, managing lifecycle and retention marketing, and optimizing the marketing catalog to ensure high performance across channels.
Applicants for the Director of Commercial Marketing position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 8 years in performance, growth, or commercial marketing. A background that includes experience at both a brand and an agency is strongly preferred. The role requires deep fluency in performance marketing platforms, attribution modeling, and a strong understanding of marketing tech stack architecture. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, operationally strong, and proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance dashboards. They should also be exceptional communicators, able to align stakeholders across business and creative teams, and be adept at thinking strategically about the integration of AI and automation in marketing operations.
