About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Capital Formation to spearhead its fundraising activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all initiatives related to raising capital, including the development of fundraising strategies, conducting roadshows, and managing investor communications. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to nurture relationships with a diverse range of investors, such as family offices, RIAs, and institutional investors. The Vice President will also be tasked with overseeing the entire capital formation process, from initial outreach to closing, and will be expected to monitor market trends and investor sentiment to refine the fundraising strategy.

Applicants for the Vice President of Capital Formation position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in capital formation, investor relations, or fundraising, specifically within the private equity, infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors. A proven track record of successfully raising institutional capital across various fund structures is essential. The role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure and energy markets, as well as exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, and a Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or other advanced degree.
