About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations to lead private capital-raising processes across various product lines, including private equity, credit, venture capital, and real assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the deliverables of junior team members, communicating directly with clients, and maintaining relationships with institutional investors. This role requires a strategic and advisory approach to fundraising activities, as well as the ability to drive transactions forward and ensure all necessary actions are completed.

Applicants for the Vice President of Investor Relations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years' of finance experience, with a preference for those with over 6 years' in private markets. A strong knowledge of the alternative assets industry, advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, and a solid understanding of corporate finance are essential.
