Position: Full-Time | Location: Montana | Setting: Remote/Telehealth | Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support clients through virtual therapy and ongoing care management. This role includes conducting assessments, providing counseling, documenting treatment, and helping clients work through a range of mental health concerns. The day-to-day work is centered on client sessions, treatment planning, and maintaining a high standard of clinical care in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients for scheduled telehealth therapy sessions

Complete clinical assessments and mental health evaluations

Develop clear treatment plans and review progress regularly

Maintain detailed and accurate clinical notes

Help clients build coping strategies and treatment goals

Recognize changes in client needs and adjust care accordingly

Qualifications

Active LCSW license in Montana

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school

Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic records

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Solid understanding of ethical and professional practice standards
