We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote telehealth position. This role focuses on providing mental health support through virtual therapy sessions, helping clients manage emotional, behavioral, and life challenges in a structured clinical setting. You will work directly with individuals to assess needs, create treatment plans, and provide ongoing care that supports measurable progress.

Position: Full-Time
Location: North Carolina
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Provide virtual psychotherapy sessions to individuals through a secure telehealth platform

Complete psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed

Coordinate care with other providers when appropriate

Support clients with evidence-based interventions and practical coping strategies

Maintain ethical and professional standards in all clinical interactions

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program

Active LCSW license in good standing

At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred

Experience providing mental health counseling or therapy services

Strong documentation and case management skills

Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
