Locums Opportunity - Primary Care Physician

Location: Columbus, MontanaFacility: 16-bed facility (Trauma Level IV)EMR: Cerner

Availability & Schedule

• Start Date: July 1, 2026
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule:
  • 3 shifts per week
  • 10-hour days (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, includes 1-hour unpaid lunch)
  • Specific days of week are flexible
• Preferred Coverage: Consistent single provider
• Call: None

Requirements

• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible (FM or IM accepted)
• License:
  • Active Montana license or
  • IMLC accepted
• Certifications: BLS and PALS required
• Fellowship: Preferred

• Patients per Shift: 20
• Admissions: Required
• Facility Size: 16 beds
