Availability & Schedule

Start Date: June 22, 2026
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts)

Requirements (Strict)

Board Certification: Psychiatry (BC required)
License: Active Massachusetts license (no licensing offered)
DEA: Required
Experience: Minimum 1 year
EMR Experience: Epic required

Practice Setting

Inpatient psychiatric service
Unit Size: 45 beds
Average Census: 33 patients
Patient Population: Adult

Clinical Details

Patient Load: 8 patients per day
Common Diagnoses:
- Bipolar disorder
- Depression
- Schizophrenia
- Anxiety disorders
- Substance use disorders
- Personality disorders

Support Staff

Registered Nurses (RNs)
Mental Health Counselors (MHCs)
Psych staff
Occupational Therapists (OTs)
Social Workers
Unit Coordinators

Additional Notes

Inpatient-only role
Well-supported multidisciplinary team
Manageable daily patient volume
Must have active MA license at time of submission (not willing to license)
