Locums Opportunity - Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician

Location: East Sandwich, MassachusettsFacility: Inpatient Rehabilitation HospitalEMR: Epic

Availability & Schedule

• Start Date: August 31, 2026
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (full-time only)
• Weekend Call:
  • Approximately 1 in 7 weekends (Saturday morning - Monday morning)
  • Includes 4 hours unpaid ("gratis") coverage

Requirements (Strict)

• Board Certification: PM&R (BC required)
• License: Active Massachusetts license (not willing to license)
• DEA: Required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year
• EMR Experience: Epic required

Practice Setting

• Inpatient rehabilitation hospital
• Average Daily Census: 15 patients

Clinical Responsibilities

• No procedures required
• Admissions and discharges
• Role flexibility: may function as attending or consultant depending on assignment needs

Additional Notes

• Full-time coverage only (no part-time options)
• Predictable weekday schedule with light, rotating weekend call
• Manageable census with focus on inpatient rehab care
• Must have active MA license at time of submission
