Now Hiring: Project Controls Coordinator IV (High Priority Role!)
Houston, TX (Hybrid: Mon, Tues, Thurs onsite) | ✈️ Some travel required (U.S. + Canada)
We’re actively seeking an experienced
Project Controls Coordinator IV
to join a growing team supporting large-scale
renewable energy projects
across the U.S. and Canada. This is a high-impact role within major capital projects ranging from
$300M to $1B
in solar, wind, and battery storage.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Serve as the
primary point of contact
for internal and external stakeholders
Partner closely with
construction and execution teams , including contractors
Lead
cost-loaded scheduling, forecasting, and earned value management
Develop and own
Project Controls Plans (PCP), WBS budgets, and cost estimates
Manage
change control processes end-to-end , including change orders and revisions
Drive project performance insights through
data analysis and reporting
✅ What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in
project controls (cost-focused preferred)
Strong background in
earned value management & change management
Experience with
Oracle
(required) and
EcoSys
(preferred)
Advanced skills in
Excel and Power BI
Experience supporting
large-scale construction or renewable energy projects
Bachelor’s degree preferred;
PMP certification is a plus
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and lead project controls functions
