Proven ability to manage the relationship between the owner, GC, and subcontractors.
Technical Grit:

Ability to read complex construction drawings and manage multiple trades simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Experience with Bluebeam or ProCore is a plus.
Certifications:

OSHA 30 is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements
Mobility:

Must be able to traverse a large, active construction site daily, including navigating uneven terrain, climbing stairs, and utilizing ladders to inspect work in progress.
Duration:

Ability to stand and walk for the majority of a shift (8–10+ hours) to maintain a constant presence in the field.
Strength:

Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs of equipment, materials, or signage as needed.
Agility:

Must be able to access hard-to-reach areas, such as confined spaces or elevated platforms, to perform necessary inspections.
PPE Compliance:

Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment for the duration of the shift.

Project Terms
Compensation:

$15,000 – $20,000 monthly DOE
Total Annual Value:

$180,000 – $240,000 DOE
Status:

1099 Independent Contractor.
Contract Renewal: Yearly
Credentials:

Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
Locality:

Local candidates are preferred, but we are open to relocation for candidates who possess this specific mix of field grit and communication polish.
