As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in representing our clients’ interests from early preconstruction planning through final closeout—ensuring alignment across design teams, contractors, and stakeholders at every phase.
This is a highly relationship-driven role where you will lead coordination efforts, provide strategic input on budgets and schedules, and proactively identify risks to keep projects on track. Responsibilities:
Support the development and active management of a portfolio of projects, including reporting, strategic planning, and program initiatives aligned with client goals and priorities.
Continuously evaluate project scope, budget, and schedule against client objectives, proactively identifying risks and implementing adjustments to maintain alignment.
Lead the implementation and management of project tools, templates, reporting systems, and software to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
Serve as a central point of coordination between clients, consultants, and project teams—driving clear, timely, and effective communication at all stages of the project.
Oversee the preparation, submission, and tracking of all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely approvals.
Review and manage project processes related to contracts, change management, pay applications, drawing submissions, change orders, and substitutions to ensure compliance and proper execution.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence, to ensure transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, verify quality, and review contractor pay applications with recommendations for fund disbursement
Prepare, review, and distribute weekly project status reports that clearly communicate progress, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and consultants to support successful project execution.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or related field. A combination of education and work experience may also be considered in lieu of degree.
At least 3+ years of experience in construction administration, architecture, engineering, construction management or similar experience
Proficient with expert knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to be proactive, respectful, have positive attitude and be able to gain the trust of others.
Knowledge and experience with appropriate construction processes, means and methods.
Possess strong leadership skills, including ability to delegate, exhibit confidence in self and others, inspiring and motivating others, commanding respect and trust and accepting feedback.
Passion for being detail oriented and highly organized
Knowledge of the permitting process and construction delivery methods and agreements
