About the Role
Our firm is partnering with a leading manufacturer in the powersports and outdoor recreation industry to support their Off‑Road Channel Marketing initiatives. We are seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator who will play a key role in managing marketing programs that drive dealer engagement and customer demand across digital and co‑op channels. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable coordinating multiple projects while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
The Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for end‑to‑end project coordination of off‑road channel marketing programs, including demand, digital initiatives, and co‑op programs. This individual will create and manage project plans, track timelines, and coordinate work across internal teams, agency partners, and field sales.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary coordinator for dealer websites, demand programs, and co‑op initiatives, managing day‑to‑day interactions with agency partners and field sales teams.
Create and maintain project plans, master trackers, and timelines to ensure successful program delivery.
Coordinate reviews, approvals, and project milestones; schedule and facilitate meetings as needed.
Manage multiple parallel projects with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
Support dealers by facilitating issue resolution in a timely, responsive, and professional manner.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to provide proactive status updates to cross‑functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Dealers.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to increased efficiency and consistency.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
13 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project management, marketing, or a related role.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and execute against timelines.
Comfortable tracking project timelines and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data organization.
Dependable, self‑motivated, and accountable with a strong sense of ownership.
Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and the ability to elevate appropriately when support is needed.
Track record of building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Additional Qualifications
Prior experience supporting marketing programs or coordinating with agencies and sales teams.
Experience in consumer, retail, or dealer‑based environments.
Process‑improvement mindset with an interest in optimizing workflows and tools.
Background within the power sports, automotive, outdoor recreation, or adjacent industries is a plus, but not required.
