About The Role
Our firm is partnering with a well-established leader in the powersports and outdoor recreation industry to hire a Marketing Project Coordinator. This role supports marketing programs within an off‑road channel, helping drive demand, digital initiatives, and cooperative dealer programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams across internal teams, agency partners, and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in owning end‑to‑end project workflows, ensuring timelines are met, communications are clear, and programs are executed with accuracy and consistency.
Job Description
The Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the coordination and execution of marketing programs, including dealer website initiatives, demand‑generation campaigns, and co‑op programs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage parallel projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating dealer website, demand, and co‑op marketing programs
Managing day‑to‑day relationships with agency partners and field sales teams
Creating and maintaining project plans, master trackers, and timelines
Coordinating reviews, approvals, and deliverables across stakeholders
Scheduling and facilitating meetings to support on‑time program delivery
Managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Supporting issue resolution and problem‑solving with dealers in a timely manner
Providing proactive status updates to marketing leadership and cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Dealers)
Contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project management, marketing, or a related field
Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to stay organized, manage timelines, and deliver results
Comfortable tracking project milestones and dependencies
Dependable, detail‑oriented, and accountable
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables
A problem‑solver who knows when to elevate or ask for support
Self‑motivated and adaptable in response to changing business needs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting marketing programs or working with agency partners
Exposure to dealer, field sales, or channel marketing environments
Process‑improvement mindset with a desire to optimize workflows
Experience managing multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams
