Job Description
The Digital Marketing Director will join the Marketing Team at IFS Softeon to collaborate and grow IFS Softeons market share in the warehouse management system (WMS) industry. This role is very collaborative and will involve establishing a world‑class digital marketing practice in the realm of ABM, PPC, SEO/AEO, and digital paid media. For this role, being an expert at the 6sense ABM platform is especially valued.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IFS Softeons target market
Set up and run 6sense ABM ads for our target market in collaboration with Marketing Manager and designers.
Create multi‑channel marketing campaigns
Prepare social media and email marketing content for our audience based on input from team.
Edit and optimize website for SEO/AEO.
Collaborate across wider company organizations to identify new areas of growth.
Thoughtfully manage and engage vendors at times to accomplish ambitious goals.
Report on results of digital campaigns using CRM data related to lead progression, pipeline, etc.
Potentially manage and lead other team members.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
7 to 10+ years of experience in B2B tech/SaaS digital marketing
Team player with a positive and collaborative nature
Proven track record of managing budgets and developing successful digital campaigns
Experience with 6sense ABM platform is critical
Experience with HubSpot is very helpful
Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Experience with graphic design tools and excellent design taste
Strong knowledge of SEO and AEO/LLM‑related optimization
Hands‑on experience in WordPress or other CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms
Extensive social media, email marketing, and marketing automation experience
Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Extreme attention to detail with regards to written text and visuals

Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000 annually + commission
