Position Overview
Seeking a highly capable Executive/Personal Assistant to support a dynamic CEO managing multiple business ventures and a fast-paced personal life. This role is primarily personal with some corporate support, requiring exceptional organization, discretion, and follow-through. The right candidate will bring polish, strong judgment, and the ability to operate independently at a high level.

Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
Discreet, trustworthy, and high integrity
Polished, professional, and “on their game”
Proactive with strong follow-through
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Key Responsibilities
Manage personal logistics: travel, itineraries, purchases, events
Oversee scheduling, renewals, and day-to-day personal operations
Coordinate with vendors, staff, and external contacts
Provide light executive support as needed
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Qualifications and Must-Haves
Prior experience supporting a high-level executive or family office
Ability to be responsive off-hours when needed
Strong organizational and communication skills
Must be able to hit the ground running
