Patient Care Coordinator – Client Experience & Outreach (Warm Leads Only)

Responsibilities

Follow up with

warm leads

(inquiries, event attendees, referrals, website submissions) via phone, text, and email

Educate clients on services, packages, and membership options

Build rapport and provide a consultative, non-pushy experience

Convert inquiries into booked appointments and consultations

Manage scheduling and ensure a seamless booking experience

Maintain accurate records in CRM and track lead status

Follow up with no-shows, cancellations, and inactive leads

Collaborate with providers and the front desk team to optimize client flow

Qualifications

Previous experience in med spa, aesthetics, wellness, or sales preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Experience with CRM systems and scheduling platforms is a plus

Passion for beauty, wellness, and client care

Compensation
$25 - $35 hourly
