Pay:
Up to $45/hour + generous shift differentials / $5,000 sign-on bonus (full-time)
Schedule:
Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem
Shifts:
Day, Night, & Baylor (12-hour)

Requirements
Current
Maine Registered Nurse (RN) license
(required)
Associate Degree in Nursing (required); BSN preferred
1+ year nursing experience preferred (acute care or long-term care)
New RN graduates welcome with strong clinical foundation
Knowledge of nursing principles, clinical assessments, and medication administration
Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in a
long-term care / skilled nursing facility (SNF)
Perform comprehensive resident assessments and ongoing clinical monitoring
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (EMR)
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Support geriatric care, dementia care, and rehabilitation services
