Job Overview
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is hiring a
Maintenance Technician II
to maintain Hollyfield Village and Oakridge Park apartment communities in Lake Oswego, OR. This position involves daily upkeep of buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas.
Responsibilities
Perform repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and janitorial tasks.
Manage work orders using technology and maintain accurate records.
Work independently or as part of a team to meet maintenance schedules.
Respond to after‑hours emergencies when needed.
Handle chemicals and janitorial equipment safely.
Qualifications
One year in a Maintenance Technician I position or two years of prior maintenance technician experience, preferably in commercial or multi‑family property management.
Experience in janitorial work, landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, drywall installation, and flooring installation/repair.
Ability to operate a pressure washer and lift up to 75 pounds.
Good time‑management, motivation, and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with clean record.
Strong communication skills (read, write, and understand written and verbal directions).
Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws, and commitment to non‑discrimination.
Note: A skills assessment test will be conducted before extending an offer, and a pre‑employment background check is required for all final candidates.
Compensation & Benefits
Location:
Hollyfield Village and Oakridge Park (Lake Oswego, OR)
Hourly Rate:
$24.00‑$26.00/hr.
Schedule:
Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM (40 hrs/week)
Additional Compensation:
$50 monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.
