Strategic FP&A Analyst - Budgeting & Cost Savings

Belk is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide timely financial reporting and operational analysis while identifying cost-saving opportunities. You will develop forecasting models, work closely with various teams to understand expenses, analyze variances, and lead budgeting processes. The ideal candidate possesses a four-year degree in Finance or Business, has 3-6 years of experience in financial analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
