Key Responsibilities
Manage late‑night check‑ins and check‑outs using hotel systems.
Balance daily cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
Prepare detailed nightly reports for shift change and management.
Respond to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and uphold satisfaction standards.
Assist with late‑night service requests in the lobby, kitchen, and front desk.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year of customer service experience (hotel experience preferred).
Strong computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of local attractions and points of interest.
Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
