Responsibilities
Design eye‑catching social media posts and content that spark curiosity and buzz about our services.
Coordinate vibrant online conversations, engage with customers, and suggest creative promotional strategies.
Develop and implement a dynamic editorial calendar, craft compelling social media, blog content, and weekly newsletters.
Gather graphics and videos to create clear, goal‑oriented content.
Assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust based on web traffic and engagement metrics.
Collaborate with the team to create engaging internal and external storytelling and coordinate real‑time content for events.
Qualifications
Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
Ability to deliver creative content—written, image, and video.
Strong knowledge of current digital media trends.
Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, and printing/publishing skills.
Detail‑oriented with the ability to multitask.
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, new media, or a related field (or relevant experience).
