About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Communications Manager to support global consumer campaigns and events. This role will play a critical part in driving brand awareness through creative, culturally relevant campaigns that generate buzz across earned media and organic social channels. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to bring large-scale campaigns to life—from concept through execution—while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management of global consumer campaigns from ideation through execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Creative, Social, etc.) to ensure seamless campaign delivery
Oversee experiential production and creative execution, including digital content and in-person activations
Manage external vendors, agencies, venues, and freelance talent for large-scale campaigns
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables; proactively identify and mitigate risks
Negotiate scopes of work, partnerships, and production budgets to maximize campaign impact
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brand partners and vendors
Track and report on budgets, campaign performance, and key insights
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in project management, communications, or experiential production
Strong understanding of earned media strategies and consumer-facing global campaigns
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong negotiation and budget management experience
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a track record of taking initiative
Passion for travel, pop culture, and emerging trends
