
Commercial Real Estate Analyst

We are seeking a
detail-oriented and analytical CMBS Securitization Analyst
to support the structuring and execution of commercial real estate loan securitizations. The role requires strong expertise in
commercial real estate finance, loan analysis, and structured products , along with excellent coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze commercial mortgage loan pools, including property financials, borrower profiles, and loan structures
Prepare and reconcile Excel data tapes; draft and review loan summaries with legal and accounting teams
Support preparation of investor presentations and offering documents
Respond to investor, rating agency, servicer, and trustee inquiries
Coordinate with internal teams (originators, underwriters) and external stakeholders (legal counsel, investors)
Assist with securitization processes, including data room management and SEC filing tracking
Monitor market trends in commercial real estate and credit markets
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field
2+ years of experience in CMBS, commercial real estate finance, or structured finance
Strong understanding of underwriting, securitization processes, and CRE fundamentals
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of property valuation and real estate markets
Familiarity with SEC regulations, REMIC guidelines, and risk retention
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
