Overview
Lead the reimplementation and optimization of Dayforce HRIS for a mid‑sized organization.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
Drive process efficiency and enhance the employee experience through system improvements.
Manage project timelines and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Provide ongoing support and resolve system issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Develop training, documentation, and communication plans for effective change management.
Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytics for HR leadership and compliance needs.
Work in a hybrid environment with remote work opportunities on specific days.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Direct the end‑to‑end reimplementation of Dayforce HRIS, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Identify and execute opportunities for workflow automation, data integrity, and user experience enhancements.
Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure alignment and adoption.
Develop and deliver training, documentation, and communication plans to facilitate smooth transitions.
Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytics for HR leadership and compliance needs.
Provide ongoing support, resolve system issues, and recommend improvements.
Ensure system compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to redesign HR processes and implement change management strategies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Dayforce HRIS (implementation, configuration, and optimization).
Proven track record in HRIS project management for mid‑sized organizations (200–1000 employees).
Strong proficiency in Dayforce modules (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Talent Management).
Advanced Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills.
Familiarity with HRIS integrations (API, SSO, third‑party vendors).
Dayforce Certification or advanced Dayforce training preferred.
Experience with HRIS migration or large‑scale optimization projects is advantageous.
