Guidewire Billing Center Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Billing Center Analyst to support billing process analysis and data interpretation within the property and casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
This role focuses on leveraging Guidewire data models and SQL to extract insights, support business outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret billing processes and data to support business decision-making.
Utilize Guidewire data models (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) for data extraction and analysis.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data transformation and reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
Conduct data profiling and basic statistical analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
Support data warehousing initiatives and maintain data integrity across systems.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience with Guidewire data models (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
2+ years of experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
2+ years of experience with data warehousing concepts and practices.
Strong background in the insurance domain, particularly in P&C commercial lines.
2+ years of experience in data profiling and statistical analysis.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Understanding of machine learning techniques, including NLP.
