This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $19-24/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope

Assist skilled trades on active construction sites

Load and unload construction materials and equipment

Prepare and clean job sites to maintain safe working conditions

Use hand tools and basic power tools

Assist with demolition, site prep, and material handling

Follow OSHA safety procedures and jobsite protocols

Support carpenters, labor crews, and other trades as needed

Responsibilities

Previous construction labor experience required

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
