Who We Are
Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with 18 locations across seven states. Avenues offers detox, residential, PHP, IOP and outpatient services.
What You'll Do
Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications, etc.).
Train and support the BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
Escalate concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
Shift Information
We are hiring for day (6am-2pm or 7am-3pm), evening (3pm-11pm), and night (11pm-7am) shifts. A valid driver's license is required.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver's license and CPR certification required.
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
Dignified, honest character that models recovery principles.
Where You'll Work
Avenues Recovery Center at Eastern Shore is a 100‑bed residential facility located on 7.74 acres of picturesque property. Clients receive inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation services in a modern, hotel‑like environment.
