As a GM Certified Technician, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism.

What You’ll Do
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on GM vehicles in accordance with factory standards
Utilize GM service information systems and diagnostic equipment
Conduct multi-point inspections and clearly document findings
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and team members
Maintain productivity and efficiency goals
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and dealership procedures
What We’re Looking For
Current GM Certification (ideal but not required)
Diesel and/or EV experience is a PLUS
ASE certifications preferred
Prior dealership experience preferred
Willing to grow and learn with this dealership and the Chevrolet brand
Able to navigate technology with confidence (CDK and MyKaarma experience is a plus)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
