What You’ll Do:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based speech therapy treatment plans
Provide skilled therapy for speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and caregivers on strategies, exercises, and home programs
Track progress and adjust plans of care to achieve optimal functional outcomes
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
What You Bring:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current state SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP (or eligibility)
Strong clinical judgment and patient engagement skills
Passion for outcomes-driven, patient-centered care
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
