Executive Chef | $85K-$95K + Relocation Assistance

Ready to take your culinary career beyond the restaurant grind? We’re seeking an

Executive Chef

to lead a high-volume dining operation. Ideal background includes

hotels, upscale restaurants, resorts, healthcare, or contract food.

This position will require you to live within a commutable distance of Macon, GA

5-day work week, rotating weekend shift (ONLY ONE WEEKEND EVERY 5TH WEEK), Growth potential

What You’ll Do

Lead all kitchen and culinary operations

Manage, coach, and develop the team

Create menus and drive food quality

Oversee catering, retail and patient meals and high-volume production

Control food cost, labor, purchasing, and inventory

Ensure safety and sanitation excellence

What We’re Looking For

Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or senior culinary leader

Strong leadership and financial skills

High-volume and catering experience preferred
