Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m.‑4:30 p.m., weekend/holiday rotation as required. Location: Onsite in Hartford, CT.
About the Position
The Clinical Manager oversees all clinical quality components of home health agency services to include overall business and clinical operational lines while enhancing revenue and client satisfaction. Responsible for ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, accreditation standards and agency policies and procedures. Will respond to and resolve client/family issues.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an approved nursing education program
BSN required
Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Connecticut
Three years progressive home health experience required
Progressive supervisory or leadership experience
Knowledge of various state/federal regulations
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from the work site
