Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans
Monitor and assess residents\' health status and implement appropriate interventions
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care
Supervise CNAs and other nursing staff to maintain high-quality care standards
Document nursing care in compliance with regulations and facility policies
Qualifications
Valid LPN license in the state of Nebraska
CPR certification
Excellent communication and clinical skills
A genuine passion for elder care and strong commitment to resident dignity
