Responsibilities
Provide Essential Patient Care: Assist the medical team with hands‑on care, ensuring every animal receives compassionate attention.
Be the Go‑To Support for the Medical Team: Anticipate the needs of veterinarians and technicians to maintain a smooth workflow.
Create a Positive Client Experience: Facilitate scheduling, payments, and communications in a courteous manner.
Ensure a Safe and Clean Environment: Maintain clinic upkeep and equipment to uphold high standards of care.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Calm and efficient approach, able to handle fast‑paced, sometimes stressful environments with composure.
Confidence and skill in handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in fundamental veterinary skills ranging from laboratory and pharmacy to nursing and radiology is a strong asset.
