Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator
Location:
Cambria, WI.
Salary:
$70,000 - $85,000/year

EHS Coordinator
to help protect our people, strengthen compliance, and drive continuous improvement in a hands‑on manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
Support and improve EHS programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local regulations
Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments; document findings and drive corrective actions
Plan and deliver safety and environmental training for employees, contractors, and visitors
Assist with incident investigations, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work programs
Maintain EHS records, reports, and dashboards
Participate in Management of Change (MOC) and support programs like LOTO, stormwater, and ergonomics
Partner with leaders to promote a proactive, people-first safety culture
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Health, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years EHS experience; manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Working knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with data reporting tools a plus
Spanish, PSM, or combustible dust experience preferred
Work Environment
Manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and cold
Ability to wear PPE, work at heights, climb ladders, and enter confined spaces
