Qualifications
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field, particularly with children with special needs, is highly preferable.
Strong understanding of various disabilities and a compassionate approach to caregiving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with children, families, and team members.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special needs.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and remain calm under pressure.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required, depending on the location of care.
Working Conditions

Work may require evenings and weekends, depending on the needs of the families.
Must be able to perform physical activities involved in caregiving, including lifting and assisting with mobility.
