Lia Auto Group is seeking Title Clerk(s) to join our team.
COMPENSATION RANGE: $18-$22/hour based on experience
SIGN ON BONUS: N/A
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous automotive title clerk experience required (1+years)
Strong knowledge of state DMV requirements and title processing
Proficient in dealership management software
Ability to multi task and meet deadline in a fact -paced environment
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Must have clean & valid driver's license
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and process title documents for new and used vehicles
Submit title applications to DMV accurately and promptly
Verify vehicle information and resolve title issues
Handle payoff and lien releases
Maintain updated knowledge of state and federal regulations
Work closely with sales, finance and accounting departments
Any other duties assigned by the manager
