Compensation:

Up to $152,000 per year & $5,000 sign‑on bonus (total compensation ranges from $82,000 to $152,000 based on experience, may include base salary, bonuses, and other incentive pay).
Responsibilities

The Physician Liaison specializes in developing business plans for UVC Vein Centers within a designated territory, focusing on targeted physician referral growth. This field‑based position establishes and maintains ongoing communication with physician offices, specialty clinics, hospitals, and other partners; keeps key collaborators updated throughout the patient lifecycle. The liaison educates through branded materials, tracks leads via the CRM, ensures proper follow‑up, and represents the UVC brand in a professional, positive manner.
Develop and expand referral base to grow designated UVC Vein business.
Continuously review, analyze, evaluate, and report on product performance and development opportunities.
Educate new and existing physician contacts on services offered by UVC.
Maintain UVC’s image in the target community as a cutting‑edge expert on vein disease treatment.
Ensure UVC is competitively positioned to protect and grow market share; conduct routine analysis of competitors.
Identify physician referral opportunities within the medical community through research and prospecting.
Maintain ongoing communications with referring providers and their office staff via visits, emails, and phone calls.
Provide information and branded messages to physicians on UVC products and services.
Coordinate speaking opportunities within hospitals, assisted living facilities, and medical associations.
Promote provider engagement and collaboration, including orientation, office visits, social events, referral dinners, CEUs, etc.

Maintain confidentiality and security of protected health information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA, UVVC policies, and applicable laws.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

2–5 years of medical sales experience with 1–2 years of outside B2B experience.
Existing relationships with physicians, ACOs, and healthcare facilities.
Knowledge of vascular diseases and ability to communicate clinical information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA, Sarbanes‑Oxley, and Stark Laws.
Experience with a CRM (Salesforce a plus).
Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills.
Ability to maintain professional conduct in all work‑related situations.
Proven success working independently.
